mATRIX

LDJ has partnered with L’Oreal and one of their Professional Products Division brands, Matrix, since our inception in 2004. This event, Destination, hosted 3,000+ hairdressers and salon owners for multiple days of events, educational 1:1 time with Matrix Creative Directors, and a bookend opening and closing general session. LDJ worked alongside a Matt Gould and Griffin Mathews, two rising Broadway creators, to create a sprawling and intertwined narrative about indivduals journeys and their ultimate destinations. The stadium seating and middle runway provided our creative team with a vast canvas to create this vision and to host these live performances. LDJ developed the site plan, planned the creative, managed the run of show and all technical vendors, and all provided end-to-end logistics.
