LDJ was hired by LinkedIn to help produce their monthly “In-Day” at three of their corporate offices (San Fran, South Bay, and New York). This event was designed to encourage conversation between employees, learn about the 10 employee resource groups that make up LinkedIn’s culture, and to allow for a social activation back in-real-life after the recent office reopening. LDJ designed the concept where employees could learn about each ERG, take a colored card that was associated with that ERG, and then place that card on the wall signifying that they supported, identified, or were aligned with what that group. The goal was to create an activation that was colorful, fun, interactive, and showcased the diversity that is LinkedIn. LDJ provided creative, fabrication, and onsite execution and staffing.
