AUDIBLE
LDJ partnered with Audible to help produce their first full-company live event since winter of 2019. The annual SummerFest event was themed “Camp” with customized summer camp activations and event-specific branding and narrative. Replete with nostalgic camp activities (arts & crafts, field day games, team relay races, a mess hall, a camp post office, a climbing wall, a canoe photo moment, a bluegrass band, and a Audible Camp Director) the 4-hour event hosted in a permitted public park, welcomed over 400 employees, allowing them to engage for the first time or reengage with old colleagues. LDJ worked through all production budgeting, creative ideation and execution, logistics, technical production, site operations, security, buildout and strike, event staffing, and all vendor management.
